Ice fishing sleds

Unfortunately, no. We have enough ice to keep the boat in the garage, but not enough ice to ice fish. The tournament was cancelled. It's been a strange winter, some days its winter, and the next its like spring. It'll be int eh mid 30's again this week.

Did you ever get enough ice to get out?

Nope. Unfortunately!

I only got out about 10 times total and with me being next to the Wiscoland border, should have been able to do twice that per month.

Alright, a year later and this year is shapping up to have ice.
So back to the quest to build the sled.
Finished up the basement remodel, and this weekend I should add the trim work to the main bathrrom remodel. This time I have some scrap Oak, solid/ply to use for the box.

Any more ice fishing sleds out there?

Here is a mod I did to my Jet sled. Added decking to hold a bait bucket, and couple other things. The other side is a rod/tip-up locker. I like Gillhunter's sled. Might have to make one over the summer.
