It's sitting on a skid that appeare to have been hap-hazardly made, and is part of the "displays" at the restaurant my wife and I went to at the end of March. The starboard corner of the transom is completely rotted-away. It's be nice if they did some work to it, even if it's just gonna sit there. There are also some large black corrugated plastic drain pipes (about 12" diameter) laying on the ground on the stbd side next to the boat, but I cloned them out.
