My Duranautic B14T (20" transom) is used for clamming on LI Sound. It's on a trailer with a 15hp Evinrude 2 stroke.

The boat runs fine with 2 guys and clamming gear but it does have 3 permanent bench seats that make things interesting and the bottom is the V hull interior.

I'd like to put some flat flooring in the middle 3 spaces between the seats but with out added too much weight.

Any alternatives to plywood and suggestions on how to get a good fit?

thanks,

Rob

Do a some browsing and you will find what you are looking for. There is a great Mirrocraft 14' mod that details how he did his floor. Most guys use ply or aluminum sheet for their floors.
