Manual Start to Electric Start Conversion

I found a good deal on a 2006 15 hp mercury. It is tiller operated and a pull start,but I was hoping to get a tiller operated electric start. Since it is a good deal, I thought maybe I could just install the starter.

Anybody have experience doing this conversion on a newer motor? I know they sell some starter kits, but I was wondering how tough it would be.

I would appreciate any help. I need to make a decision soon before he sells the motor to someone else.

Check your prices. I thought about doing the same thing, but the kit was over $500. For me it made the motor not such a great deal and I passed. Good luck
