Motor not starting :/

Took my basstracker out yesterday and my motor won't start. Everything else works, all lights, radio... everything. The ignition works cause the volt meter jumps over 14v when I switch the ignition to run. However when I attempt to engage the starter I get nothing. Looked at the fuse panel and all fuses look good... Is there an inline that I'm not seeing?

Check you're neutral safety switch or wires to the switch. Sounds like you checked everything else.
