motorguide gatorflex - broken "door"

anyone else have the "door" with the knob on it break on a motorguide gatorflex?

Got a pic? I have had two that the knob broke off on and I had to rig something up to use it.

The top half snapped off around the pin. Door was $10 at boats.net

I broke mine...but it was my own fault. Trolling way too fast through muddy water. Hung a stump square on, the mount flexed all it could and then the hinge on the door popped.

I bought a new door assembly from a Motorguide dealer. I think it cost me $54. That's the door assembly, the rubber bushings and the tension knob/screw. Replacing it was pretty simple.
