Need anti-slip material

In the process of restoring a 20 year old aluminum Tracker. There was a piece of black anti-slip material installed on the bow that had adhesive on one side securing it. Can someone point me in a direction to get material to replace without needing to buy a 15foot piece? Thanks in advance

If the anti-slip material is rough like roof singles, and is used for outdoor steps, check out HD or Lowes. I've seen it in strips and short rolls.

Sounds like the grip tape used on a skateboard. I bet you could find a online skate shop.

The stuff I have seen for skateboards is similar to sandpaper. Mine is a bit more forgiving to bare feet.

You're right about the skateboard tape, I thought thats what you were describing. Hope you find the correct stuff.

It sounds much like the stuff they put in showers for old people. I'd call your local HD or Lowes and say that's what you're looking for. Also I know bass pro sells something in strips like you described.

Have a look at this stuff. Use the zoom and it looks like it's just a coarse texture instead of grit like sandpaper.
