Learner mode it basically limits the ski to about 3/4 power

I went with a used one from a parts yard. I'd like to put either a Sea Doo Rotax 4 TEC or a Yamaha MR-1 HO in it but I'll have to see what I can find. Getting ready to soda blast the boat will post pics of progress soon. Here is pics of the jet drive. Not to bad of shape.

Don't soda blast anything you intend to weld. Fine particles get into the metal and make it a PITA to get nice looking welds.
