Does anybody have pictures of how they attached some sort of ore storage on their jon boat. I'm not talking about the built in paddle holders. I mean an ore holder that will keep a extendable ore out of the way, maybe up against the sides of the boat.

I don't carry oars, but do carry two paddles for pushing off a muddy bank or getting through a patch of lily pads. I attached a set of spring clips, like the ones used to hold a broom or mop to the upper parts of the the ribs. It keeps them handy and off the deck to keep me from tripping on them and ending up in a muddy pond.

You can see the clips - each held with one sheet metal screw. BTW: if they come with screws make sure they are not long enough to go though the rib into the hull.
