Absolutely. The Florida sun gets wild in the summer. I got it off amazon. Got the narrowest one and I still had to squeeze it in a little. Great price thought for 115$ I got a 20$ off cupon too and free shipping.

Got the seats mounted. Yes, I drilled holes into the pods, yes they are sealed up very well. Bass pro had some very cool quick disconnect seat mounts.

Welp guys and gals. She is on the water officially. My lady and I took her on her Maiden voyage. She did absolutely wonderful and I understand why you guys love these boats so much. 26mph top speed 2 people 10 gallons of gas and a bunch of extras like cooler and gear.
Thanks for everyones motivation and advice. This was a truely unique experience redoing this old thing.
