Sounds good. After seeing the foot on backwards I figured you would see a significant gain out of it once you got it right. No plane to 30 mph..... I would be tickled.
And your not the only one that has done it..... I have seen 2 other jet outboards at the ramp with the foot on backwards.
 
Well I gotta say that is some funny stuff right there.... :D

I bought my engine from a marina in Kentucky. They had just received a nice jet boat with a large Johnson jet. I don't remember the size. They said the previous owner traded it in because it was underpowered / slow. It was sitting in the marina parking lot for sale with the shoe on backwards. #-o
