Trolling motor and circuit breaker

OK guys, 2 trolling motors, 1 battery. Both are transom mount, one up front, one in the back. One is a 50#, the other is a 34#. Can I use the same 50 amp breaker for both motors? They will not be ran at the same time... Just one on each end depending on where I'm at in the boat.

I would put a breaker on the + wire for each motor close to the battery.

If you use quick disconnects on both TM's & the battery, then you could wire one breaker in at the battery and just swap out the connections as needed,
