Hello

I am new to the site, I have a Minn Kota Endura 40 and 2 size 31 batteries. I saw a few battery meters on Amazon, and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to the most reliable one. Thanks in advance for your time

Sincerely

Scott

I've been wanting to access my battery voltage(s) too. A week ago, I bought two tiny LED 12 volt meters on EBay. They cost around $7.00 total, shipped. I won't get them for a week or two, so I cannot tell you if they are any good or not. Also, if you are running a 24 volt system, then those particular meters are not going to do the job for you. I intend to wire one of them into the trolling motor circuit but also add a small momentary contact switch. That way, I can touch the switch, see the voltage, but the meter will not be on to drain the system except when I want it to be on.

Additionally, I bought this item* from Amazon. It is a cigarette lighter outlet sized 12/24 volt meter. I have a cigarette lighter outlet on my side-console. I intend to simply insert the meter in whenever I want to check the voltages while on the water.

It arrives tomorrow. I might get a chance to use it later this week. Good luck.
