Trolling Motor Shaft Angle

I installed a Minn Kota Powerdrive on the front deck of my Lowe 1448MT. When deployed, the trolling motor shaft hangs at a slight angle (probably less than 5 degrees), in other words, the bottom of the shaft (prop) is a little forward of the top. Side-to-side it is straight. Will this dramatically affect the speed, or efficiency?
