What kind of battery to use?

JUst wondering what type of batter i should use for my boat. I plan on running a Hummingbird PIRANHA MAX 180 and a few LED lights. I do go out in the bush for a few days with no power so i need one to last a few days.

Any ideas ?

Shouldnt have a problem with a small lawn mower/tractor battery imo.

A deep cycle will last you more years. Get the smallest one you can find if weight is a problem.

Small deep cycle would be perfect. If 45 pounds for a size 24 deep cycle is okay, you'll never have to worry about running out of juice using that stuff.
