I think I found the problem,

cylinder 1 has 120psi
cylinder 2 has 0 psi
cylinder 3 has 125psi

we're going to take the head off tommorrow and see what we find, hopefully we can just bore the one cylinder and get er back going.

Got my fingers crossed.

Have a bunch of big plans for this boat, and spending a bunch of money on the motor wasnt on that list, which adding it, could hinder doing other stuff to the boat.

wow, i am surprised that didn't make a noise that you noticed as engine death... looks like it mashed around some chunks for a while.

so what now, new motor?

Yeah, I'm suprised too. It made a little noise that we just thought was the vibrating from the rough idle.

We're gonna pull the powerhead and have it bored out, and get a new piston and rings on there way.

It should be back goin in a couple of weeks.
