So the jumpers worked, and this is what it's looking like.
I have the bilge pump, stern light, and fish finder wired up and functional, and my anchor/nav light, LED deck lighting, and 12 v outlet should be here on Monday. Once I get that stuff wired up, she'll be all done, and I'll be a happy guy. I'm kind of surprised at how low the amperage is on all of this stuff, I might end up with like 9 amps total on that system.
Since I'm not drawing a whole lot of juice, could I get away with using a lawn mower battery (to save weight) for that system and be able to use everything for... say 8 continuous hours?
