I have a 2007 tracker 175TXW that leaks. I am going to put water inside and watch for leaks. What is the best way to mark those holes so I can repair them at a later date?

Depending on how long you are planning on waiting, you might consider using a paint pen. It will last longer than a sharpie or wax pencil in the elements. A can of spray paint is another option but it might make too big of a mark if you are hunting for pinholes.

Wax pencil or crayon will work with the water seaping/dripping out. But reusing the boat before fixing can wear it off.
