1960 Texas Maid Standard project

Last year I bought it little 14' vhull and with yals help I figured year and model. Been slowly working on it redid seats new transom and just rod holders so far. Still have bimni to to in stall and I'm adding 1 1/2"x 1 1/2" x1/8 angle to top rail to give more soprt for rod holders from flexing. Been using marine grade Baltic Birch for seats with seal once for seats but New Mexico sun is harsh. Sealent didn't last but woods holding up my epoxy them. Used marine grade baltic birch on transom with raka epoxy yall recommend on here and it came out grate! Still wanting to paint it but that's definitely going to a later project when I know I won't be fishing for a long period of time. Hopefully have new rails and bimni top on in couple weeks.

Well started put new angle iron on to make railing stiffer. Lot bigger choir then expected. Need to figure out how I'm going to secure end couse i cut first side shorter then wanted. Hoping weather gets warmer and work slows down so I can finish.
