edit: I found another post about the buying price of your new rig, I hope you can find the part cheaper then on the website I linked. Maybe see if you could have the old one rebuilt. My dad had the same motor on a trihull when I was younger as i seem to remember it always ran good and never left us stranded. There used to be a marina in Monroe Mi that sold new and used parts for Chrysler motors but I don't know the name or if they are even still in business. Hope I helped some at least.
 
I personally wouldn't sink much money into a Chrysler/Force. They don't exactly carry a good name of reliability, and will probably end up costing a bit more in the near future.
 
That may be, but this motor runs great, only issue is tilt and trim. Until it lets me down it will do.
