Boat Cover Suggestion for Modified Tracker 1436

Hey everyone, hope you all had a nice fourth of July weekend. I modified a Tracker 1436 so that outside of the back bench, it is fully platformed out. It is just perfect for fishing. I have two sliding folding chairs and a bow mounted trolling motor. I am trying to find a good cover to use for it as currently I have a tarp covering it for protection.

Due to the seats and the trolling motor, there needs to be enough space and am afraid that the following cover from Bass Pro wont do the job: https://www.basspro.com/Classic-Accessories-Jon-Boat-Covers/product/1310031126/

Does anyone have any recommendations for me to look at? Thanks in advance!
