I have a G3 1756SC. I was thinking about putting a battery in the storage compartment on either side of the livewell (bow) because I'm unable to run 6 gauge from bow to bilge.
When I charge the batteries, do I need to disconnect the batteries or can I charge them while all wiring is connected? 24V set up
thanks

I don't have a two-bank charger, just a regular battery charger.

You should still be able to charge them w/o having to disconnect anything. But unless your charger is capable of 24v charge rate, then you will have to charge them one at a time.
