Not hard. There's a plug stuffed somewhere in the transom of the boat that will connect to the switches at the console and the front panel on the casting deck. I think it's a 4 or 5 conductor plug. It will have green, red, blue wires (along with tan and maybe black ??) The green and blue are up and down signals, not sure which is which. The red is +12V. The tan and black are wired to an optional trim switch on some motors.
All you'll need to do is splice into the red, green, and blue wires from the Tracker controls with the wires that go to the dash switch from the CMC unit. The colors are pretty standard, so you should be able to simply splice blue to blue, green to green and red to red. Find a nice out of the way spot for the CMC relay box and you should be good to go.
It's really nice to be able to slide over a log by lifting the motor from the front casting deck.
One more thing that will be REALLY helpful is to mount an additional switch (maybe the one from CMC) near the transom. Splice this one in along with the Tracker harness (red to the middle contact, blue and green to the outer switch legs). Most motors have an additional switch mounted on the housing which lets you raise and lower the motor easily onto a transom saver. Without the additional switch, you'll need two people to use the transom saver, one at the controls, one at the motor. I used a water resistant rocker switch which works very well.
