HELP PLEASE!!!!

I went to fastenal and have looked online and cannot find what I need. I even checked and McMaster-Carr and they do not have it either. I am not using solid rivets to replace the 40 I took out but was going to use Closed-end rivets with 3M 5200 instead. Well I know that 3/16" will be too small for the holes and 1/4" should fit, and I may have to drill the hole a hair bigger. With that being said I know I need 1/4" diameter, (I have 1/8" aluminum hull) so a grip range of up to .25", and a length of up to .5". Well everywhere I look they only have aluminum head with a steel, not stainless just steel mandrel. I have looked and looked and cannot find aluminum/aluminum closed end in this size. Anybody know where else I can look??
