I ordered a TimeUSB 100 ah yesterday got a email that it will be delivered tomorrow. As far as service after the sale it is important but I’ve been doing a lot of research on the TimeUSB batteries few complaints or problems for 1/5 the price of the brand name thought I’d take a chance

Until they have a problem ! Service after the sale when a problem arises is what makes a purchase a good one or a bad one !
Amped treated me well by replacing my battery with the wonky BMS with their newest version with bluetooth. Happy with that. But the sub-handful of people I've encountered that have had issues with TimeUSB have gotten their batteries replaced as well, so that seems to be a wash. I see some mfgs say they have 10yr or more warranty, but with the way technology moves these days and companies come and go, are they even going to be around? If I can buy 4 batteries for the price of 1 and they have a 50% failure rate I'm still better off with the cheapies. And while my cheapo has had no problems I've had 2 USA "name brand" batteries need replacement.

I've had a couple of questions for TimeUSB, and they emailed me back immediately and then actually picked up the phone and CALLED me. I was shocked and very pleased!

My "problem" really wasn't one. The battery was new and the BMS was doing it's job to protect from overcharging. After a few cycles, the voltage stayed dead-even, with flawless performance.

I can't remember many times a company tech called me on the phone to make sure my issue was solved and to make sure I was happy. That is great service, in my opinion.

I suspect, with the quality of service and product, that TimeUSB is going to be one who will be around for awhile. You never know with ANY company, regardless of where they are based.
