Tracker grizzly mod-v 1648 side console, with a 24v trolling motor connected to batteries in my bow storage compartment, and a Garmin 106sv echomap mounted on the console that's run off the cranking battery (Bass Pro set everything up this way).
Considering getting livescope, and am curious about how others have set theirs up. Not looking to get an additional screen, so I'm not sure if I should get a new cranking battery that can also support the live scope, so I don't have to drill any holes in my bow locker/casting deck, and can disconnect the livescope transducer and lock it in the bow compartment;
Or, mount the black box in the bow compartment, run it off the trolling motor batteries, and just prop the front hatch open a bit and pull the transducer out when I want to use it, so I can still lock it away when not in use.
I plan on a pole mount setup for the transducer.
