Is RTD the same as CDX?

Looking to put a floor in my aluminum and I'm reading to put in CDX plywood. I'm not looking for it to last forever, just a few seasons before I upgrade boats. I'm not paying for marine grade at this point. I checked online for CDX and Home depot has RTD which I'm thinking is their version of it. Am I wrong or is this acceptable for a few years when sealed right?

RTD is a process used to make the plywood. CDX means the front side of the sheet is rated "C" the back side is rated "D" and "X" means it's exterior grade. AAX would be the highest grade, followed by ABX, BCX, CDX.

Thanks guys. I have the framing cut already, just waiting for the weather to warm up here before I seal it. Then I will start looking for the wood for the actual floor. Would you recommend the same type to cover the bench seats with?
