Lake Scugog 07/26/09 WITH PICS!

Hey guys, I spent a day and a half there this time. Nothing doing much at the evening, managed 1 nice Crappie jigging for Walleye. Packed boat in and got something to eat. Launced in the AM trolled for Walleye and picked up a whole wad of them! a nice 17" Walleye hit and I got him. Lost another the same size. Got Smallies and some Crappie as well and lost a Muskie! Great day though.

Note! the white perch is disolved because the big Walleye spit it up!

I love it that the walleye eat white perch. my local lake is overrun with white perch - all stunted of course.

However, when someone catches a walleye from there it is always huge

Sorry my bad! the Perch is white from being almost digested, it was yellow LOL. Its the main forage there at Scugog.

Thanks alot! I was using my Revo for Walleye this time because my spinning reel that I use the anti-reverse screwed up so I was using my spinnerbait rod and reel lol.
