Not sure that hot lye; a glass bottle; and an expanded baloon is anything that a reasonable guy would want to get near.

Haha Well we were 12 year old kids and I wouldn't classify us as "reasonable". As kids, we use to sneak the ingredients into the theater. We'd make our balloons and set them free where they would float up through the middle of the projection beam which would cast a huge black spot on the screen as it floated up to the ceiling. Then we would use rubber bands and paper clips to shoot the balloons that were stuck up on the ceiling and pop them.

Some of the kids I grew up with were considered semi crazy by a lot of people in town. haha One of those homemade smoke bombs we use to make as kids was set off in the mens restroom of the theater one night. They shut the theater down for the rest of the night to clear the smoke.
