New guy with questions.........

First post! Just bought a 1988 14 ft Sea Nymph and would like to get some input on the best mods. Boat had a crappy floor in it that I have taken out, cleaned up the boat and have a pretty good platform to work on. Boat also came with a 1988 15 hp Johnson and an elect trolling motor. I would like to get a floor back in it and figure out how to also get some storage in the boat.

Here are some pics, I would also like to go to a bigger tire, can anyone tell me what size would be prefered? Also is there a way to buff/clean the hull?

The smaller tires are actually an advantage when launching your boat. The smaller tires allows the boat float sooner so you don't have to back up so far into the water. Hope that helps. Good luck on your build!

My Opinion????
I'd put a flat bottom in the walking part of the Decks.
Other than that, It's a really well designed boat just the way it is!

I like your boat. Add some flat flooring and fish it for a while to see what you really need. In the mean time, search the mods on this site for ideas that might be of interest. I wouldn't sweat the tire size now unless you tow long distances on the highway or have a load issue. And Welcome Aboard, we're glad you are here. Rick
