What kind of seat are you putting behind the console?

I think that I would have used aluminum in it.Very nice boat.I have just started hating wood in boats anymore.IMO

I plan on installing a leaning post for the seating behind the console. I would love to install aluminum deck and supports but I don't have access to the tools to do it correctly.

Are you putting big jet outboard on you boat?I see they have standup steering wheel on most river jet boats i seen befor as they can then keep look out for rock and stone

The motor will be a Mercury 4 stroke 115 hp(no jet). The reason for the stand up center console is that most of the bay and offshore boats I have fished on have been center consoles and I love the ability go walk all the way around them. I built the console myself. It is made with 3/4 ply and is painted with durabak coating. I will use the same coating but textured on the deck.
