I got this boat from my brother. It is old and beat up but I am trying to make something out of it. The front of the boat was ripped off when trying to get the boat on the trailer. I did a repair that made it strong enough to use and and still be able to use the winch to get the boat on the trailer. I am adding a storage box to the front of the boat and a storage box/bench to the middle of the boat. I plan on putting a floor and sides with carpet too. I have already installed navigation and anchor lights. I have also installed a bilge pump since the boat does leak a little. Please leave comments and tips/suggestions for the boat. Thanks

I picked up a old Sears Ted Williams 7hp outboard from the 70's. Got it for $25. Put some fresh gas in it and it started on the third pull. Will post pictures later.

Lowe's sells some marine carpet for 50 cents a square foot. Or you could always by the green outdoor carpet which as just as cheap at Lowe's.

So I started doing some interior work yesterday and got alot done. I plan on doing more today. I will post more pics when i get more done.

Got some more work done today. It is really starting to come together now. Thanks to my father in law for letting me use the garage and all of his tools to make this project easier for me.
