|Pull the line off feeding that carb and squeeze the primer bulb to see if fuel comes out. If it does then the blockage is in the carb, if it doesn't then the blockage is in the feed line.
If blockage is in carb, I would remove, clean and check float adjustment.
I pulled the line feeding into the carb and it was full of gas so I know its blockage in the carb.
Sounds like the needle is stuck in the seat or the float is stuck/mis-adjusted.
You might be able to remove the bowl drain and see if the float is hung up. If not maybe you can get the bowl off without removing the carb. If not then remove the carb and open the bowl.
