Shifting cable

Can anyone tell me if this shifting cable has a trunion on it or how I would go about adjusting this cable? The shifting cable is the bottom one. The out board is a 125 Mariner.

It is a 1995...I have a seloc manual ,but it doesn t go into detail...

RICK50 MY MANUAL IS CLYMER I THINK IT SHOWS HOW BUT TO BIG TO DOWN LOAD IF U WOULD LIKE PM ME YOUR ADDRESS AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO MAIL YOU IT 8)
