I have a 10A NOCO on my 100ah TimeUsb. While I have seen their 20A charger recommendations, doubt that it causes issues to charge slower. An email to TimeUSB may calm your fears.
The NOCO I had, supported having a mode for Li/LiFePO4, so stayed with it. Just like the LA, they will be fully charged overnight.
JMHO: The TimeUSB chargers do not look like something that was marine ready. They had what looked like an opening for a cooling fan. It is not something that I would dedicatly mount in the boat. Most marine chargers are fully encapsolated, these days.
