This morning, I stepped on the scale to weigh in exactly 1lb more than last Friday. I've been weighing myself 4 and 5 times each time to check the scale's consistency. Some days it's the same every time...other days it changes up or down slightly. Enough of the sob story....here's my "not so happy" report for this week.

You can sign up for it on your computer, or download the app on your smart phone. I use it religiously on my iPhone, it really helps you keep track of what you are eating. It gives you a daily calorie allowance based on the weight you enter and how many pounds you want to lose per week. Its been very helpful for me, if you haven't checked it out I would highly recommend it.
