Tracker Topper 1542 Storage Length

Hello All,

I am in the process of buying my first jon boat and have been running into trouble estimating its storage length. Due to Rona and boat demand, there are no 1542s locally that I could eye before I buy.

Does anyone know the total storage length of a 1542? My garage can handle 18-18.5ft in total, so I am fighting for inches here.

Which loadrite trailer would be best for the 1542? Loadrite model 16F is 18.3ft and the 14F is 16.3ft long.

Remember to acount for an attached outboard in figuring storage building depth. That said, I would go with the 14 ft trailer....dealer photos shows that the trailer''s bow support is not welded, but on a clamp style base...can be easily loosened and moved forwad up the tone to accommodate a 15 ft boat.

You can also park the trailer "caddy corner" in your garage to gain an extra foot of space.
