USCG data plate

I have an '81 Starcraft 14' that I'm redoing currently. The data plate on the transom is very faded and barely legible. I'm replacing the wooden transom and would like to get a new dat plate for it. Does anyone make these? Or can i get a replacement? Or am I stuck trying to reuse my original one?

Starcraft is still in business, and could probably make you one. I know for sure that Alumacraft will (or at least would when I dealt with one), send a replacement if you needed.
