1976 Evinrude Carb question

I lucked out and found a carb rebuild kit with float here locally for 20 bucks. Installed it. Hope it helps...doubt it will.

Could I be missing a thrust washer in my prop or something and it not be spinning as fast as it should be?

Figured out it was my prop.
