Disregard that ladt post I thought you were talking about the livewell. You are talking about the ribs. Mine actaolly had pretty good room for drainage but there was foam in a couple of places in the valleys I had to remove.

I wonder if tracker drilled those wholes or a previous owner. It seems like I remember anotjer build where the owner drilled holes just like that because there was no through drainage at all.
