Could be. I had no plans to buy it I was just curious if the guys here with more skills thought it could be fixed. he pulled the motor to mount it on a new boat
I wonder if the insurance paid him off on the boat and totaled it then sld it to him cheap for scrap
he is trying to get a double pay off even if you but it and dirt bottom price you may not be ablr to title it due to being sold for scrap
