Hello all!
I've been reading a ton of posts and admiring some of the work on this forum since I picked up my 04 Grizzly 1648. It's been slow going, but I'm getting the floor in, which leads me to my first question. I've installed 2" aluminum angle across the bottom that will be welded to the cross members, raised to match the existing floor, I'm using 1/2" plywood for flooring. So the question is, I'm not sure if attaching the wood with self tapping screws will hold up over time or do I drill and tap into the aluminum angle? Any recommendations will be appreciated!
