Viewing Pictures?

I have been away a little while as work and life have gotten in the way, but I am trying to view some mod threads. The pictures are not showing up. I tried chrome thinking explorer was messing up but same thing. Now I am seeing an attachment but there is no picture, and in one thread people are responding like there are pictures but I see nothing. I have never had an issue viewing pictures, I am signed in properly, and I am able to see pictures on another forum I frequent. Any ideas? much appreciated.

if you read the red colored info at the top of the page it explains whats going on. Basically the website is switching to a new service provider and all the info including pics and what not are in the process of switching to the new, so they may not work until everything is switched over.
