Flush mount bow navigation light?

I am looking to move from a post mounted navigation light on the front to something that's flush mounted on the bow. While the side mounted ones look nice, I think I would rather have a single one in the middle.

Some of the ones I have seen, you have to drill a hole underneath to run the wiring straight down from the light. Have any of you installed a light that flush mounts and the wiring comes out the back of the light? This would be a better set up for me. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

shouldn't be a problem, remove the post mount base and replace with the new fixture,,,, having a bow mount trolling motor may not be possible seeing it would be lower then the tm
