Hello new to tinboats

Hi guys, me and my old man just acquired a richline 15' wih a 25 Yamaha, and I have some questions. I know these questions can probably found if I use the searc function but I have been searching and haven't really been as to find anything.

My main question is what is the draft on these mod v hulls, I currently own a gheenoe and I can pretty much get into puddles of spit, I know that this one will not draft like tha one but I was wondering what is average.

Also being that the boat is 60" beam would I be able to put some sort of poling platform on this boat and have it being stable?

Any information would be greatly appreciated, pictures will be uploaded in a bit.

take two people with you, load the boat up with all your normal boating stuff.
put the boat in the water - pull it over to shallow water.
one person get out, run a tape measure under your boat. Fore, Aft, Port, Starboard, Amidships.
then, you will know the draft for YOUR boat .....
as, in my opinion, no two boats will have the same draft.

I agree. Put it in the water and measure. Its the only way to know for sure.
